These terms apply to your use of AnnArborMasterPlumbers.com and to requests you make through it or by calling our phone numbers. By using the site or submitting a request, you agree to them.

Our service

Ann Arbor Master Plumbers is a referral service. We connect people who need plumbing work in Ann Arbor and Washtenaw County with independent, licensed plumbing contractors. The contractor who responds to your request is responsible for the work, its price, permits and any warranty, under the agreement you make with that contractor. Ann Arbor Master Plumbers is not a party to that agreement.

Availability

We answer calls 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Arrival times depend on demand, weather and the nature of the problem, so we cannot promise a specific arrival time. In an emergency involving a gas smell, fire or electrical danger, leave the building and call 911 or your utility first.

Prices, fees and financing

• A $99 diagnostic fee applies to service calls and is applied to the cost of the repair when you go ahead with the work.
• The price for your job is given by the contractor before work starts. Price ranges on this website are general estimates from published cost guides, for information only; they are not quotes.
• Financing (25 months same as cash) is offered on approved credit by a third-party lender. The lender’s credit agreement governs.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Michigan law that cannot be waived.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Any dispute will be heard in the courts serving Washtenaw County, Michigan.
